1. Agreement to These Terms

By using this website or engaging Umrah Packages Canada to arrange travel, you agree to these Terms of Service and to all applicable Canadian laws and regulations, including the Ontario Travel Industry Act and its regulations governing registered travel sellers.

2. Services We Provide

Umrah Packages Canada arranges pilgrimage travel for Canadian residents, including:

• Umrah Packages, the four-tier CAD hub
• Economy Umrah Packages, land-only
• All-Inclusive Umrah Packages
• Ramadan Umrah Packages
• December Umrah Packages
• Group Umrah Packages for 10 to 30 pilgrims
• Umrah Visa Canada, Nusuk eVisa processing
• Hajj Packages, full 5-star service

We act as a travel agent arranging services supplied by third parties, including airlines, hotels, ground transport operators, and Saudi authorities. Those suppliers apply their own terms and conditions to the services they provide.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars per person and are based on the occupancy stated on your written itemised quote. Published price bands are indicative and are confirmed against your actual dates, departure airport, and party size when the quote is issued. Prices remain subject to availability until a booking is confirmed and the applicable deposit received. Payment terms are set out on your quote.

4. Visas, Documentation and Health

We assist with Saudi Nusuk eVisa applications through the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah portal, including for Canadian permanent-resident card holders. Issuance of any visa or pilgrimage permit remains the decision of the Saudi authorities, and we cannot guarantee an outcome. You are responsible for holding valid travel documents, for the accuracy of the information you supply, and for meeting health requirements including the meningococcal ACWY vaccination certificate.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Change and cancellation terms depend on the airline, hotel, and supplier conditions attached to your specific booking, and are set out in writing on your itinerary before payment. Peak windows such as Ramadan and the December school break frequently carry stricter supplier terms. Requests for changes should be made as early as possible.

6. Consumer Protection

As a registered Ontario travel seller we operate under the Travel Industry Act, and payments you make are handled in accordance with that legislation. This is the protection that distinguishes a registered operator from an unregistered reseller.

7. Limitation of Liability

Umrah Packages Canada is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, from changes to flight schedules, or from events beyond our reasonable control, including decisions of government authorities affecting entry to Saudi Arabia.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, layout, graphics, and images, is the property of Umrah Packages Canada and is protected by Canadian copyright law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
