Answer the visa question
Most Canadian Umrah pages assume a Canadian passport. Permanent residents are eligible too, and saying so plainly is the single most useful thing we do.
Name the hotel
A star rating tells you almost nothing about the walk to the Haram at midnight. We name the property and state the distance so the trade-off is yours to make.

Ontario requires travel sellers to register with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario. That registration is why your deposit is protected under the province's Travel Industry Act, and why the airfare, hotels, and transfers we contract must be issued exactly as agreed rather than adjusted after you have paid.
